The Aging & Mental Health Symposium, held on Friday, February 23, 2024, brought together a group of leading scientists to explore and share groundbreaking research and discoveries on the intersection of cognitive aging and psychiatric disease.

The event, hosted at UT Southwestern Medical Center’s T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building, served as a platform for more than 70 scientists, researchers, and students to engage in collaborative discussions and thoughtful question-and-answer sessions.

“I enjoyed hearing multiple perspectives and approaches to a related topic. I also appreciated the diversity of the audience in terms of age and professional background,” said one of the attendees.
